[001] The present invention relates to a capsule for the preparation of infusion drinks, comprising in particular an edge equipped with an improved sealing profile. [002] As is known, the state of the art already proposes a wide variety of automatic or semi-automatic machines, equipped with a preparation and distribution set adapted to produce an infusion through the passage of hot water through a capsule containing the essence to be infused, such as tea, coffee, etc., placed inside a suitable infusion chamber. [003] In particular, capsules of known type comprise a pre-packaged, disposable dose of the substance to be infused, enclosed in an envelope, usually made of plastic material, with the capsule being equipped with at least one perimeter circular border normally adapted to guide insertion and / or ensure that the correct position of the capsule is maintained inside the infusion chamber. [004] In addition, sometimes the edge can be equipped with at least one sealing profile that increases the adhesion with a related stop edge of the infusion chamber, in order to make the infusion operation more efficient, limiting the dispersion of hot water out of the brewing chamber. Examples of such capsules are disclosed in EP-A-2308776 and EP-A-2289820. The sealing profiles, however, perform a single top sealing action between the edge of the capsule and its respective stopping edge of the infusion chamber, consequently performing a sealing with still limited efficiency. [005] The objective of the present invention is to solve the problems of the prior art mentioned above, providing a capsule for the preparation of infusion drinks comprising an edge equipped with a sealing profile, adapted to be deformed and adapted to simultaneously exercise a top seal and a side seal with its corresponding stop edge of the infusion chamber. [006] The above objective, and others, in addition to the advantages of the invention, will appear from the description below, being obtained with a capsule for the preparation of infusion drinks as claimed in claim 1. The preferred forms of incorporation and variations are not trivial aspects of the present invention are the subject matter of the dependent claims. [007] It is intended that all attached claims are an integral part of this description. [008] It will be immediately evident that numerous variations and modifications (related for example to the formats, sizes, arrangements and parts with equivalent functionalities) can be made in the objects explained, without departing from the scope of the invention, as described in the attached claims. [009] The present invention will be better described by some preferred embodiments of the same, provided as non-limiting examples, with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which: - Figure 1 shows a side sectional view of a preferred embodiment of capsule according to the present invention; - Figure 2 shows an enlarged view of the part surrounded by circle A in figure 1, in a step of using the capsule according to the present invention; - Figure 3 shows an enlarged view of the part surrounded by circle A in figure 1, in an additional step of using the capsule according to the present invention; Figure 4 shows an enlarged partial sectional side view of the circular edge of the capsule according to the present invention; and - Figures 5 to 7 show the three stages of operation of the capsule according to the present invention. [010] With reference to the figures, it is possible to notice that the capsule 1 for preparation of infusion drinks, according to the present invention, is composed of at least one containment tank 3, having in it at least one space 5 adapted to contain at least one substance to be infused, such as coffee or tea, usually in granular or powder form, where tank 3 is equipped with an opening 7 usually covered with a film adapted to be punctured or removed (not shown), for allow the passage of the infusion water supplied by a preparation machine, of a substantially known type, through the capsule 1, and, consequently, through the substance to be infused contained in space 5, with the opening 7 being equipped, on the side of outside and at its perimeter, with at least one circular edge 9 adapted to abut against a corresponding abutment edge 11 of a side wall of an infusion chamber 12 of the brewing machine, inside the which capsule 1 is inserted. [011] Advantageously, at least one face of the circular edge surface 9 is equipped with at least one sealing profile 15, composed of at least a first circular projection 17 and at least a second circular projection 19, with the first and second projections 17,19 being concentric in relation to a main axis of symmetry SS of the capsule 1. In addition, each of the first and second projections 17, 19 is flexible, with the first and second projections 17, 19 defining at least one seat between them 21 in the shape of a circular crown, adapted to accommodate at least an end portion of the abutment edge 11 of the side wall of the infusion chamber 12, and to center the capsule 1 when it is introduced into the infusion chamber 12. [012] Furthermore, advantageously, seat 21 is internally equipped with a third main circular projection 23 interposed between the first and second projections 17, 19, also concentric with the main axis of symmetry SS, with the main circular projection 23 being equipped with a flexible end 25 (which can be seen in figures 4 to 7, which show the three stages of operation of the progressive coupling and respective crushing between the flexible end 25 and the abutment edge 11), adapted to contact with, and being crushed against, the end portion of the stopping edge 11, in order to effect a complete sealing of the hot infusion drink, preventing its entry into the infusion chamber 12 through the circular edge 9. [013] In fact, as can be seen in figures 5 to 7, the flexible end 25 of the circular projection 23 (preferably made in the shape of a cusp or triangle, as illustrated), after coming into contact (figure 5) with the backing edge 11, is progressively crushed by this edge, as shown in figures 6 and 7, assuming the final configuration of figure 7, in which the exit of the infusion drink from the end 9 is clearly prevented. [014] According to a variation shown in figures 2 and 3, the flexible end is composed of at least one flexible lip 25, such a lip 25 preferably having a triangular cross-section. [015] In particular, as clearly seen in Figures 2 and 3, in succession, if the width of the end portion of the abutment edge 11 is substantially equal to the width of the seat 21, the pressure (indicated for example by the arrow P in the figures 2 and 3) of the circular edge 9 against the stop edge 11, normally generated by closing the infusion chamber 12 by means of kinematics and known mechanisms, will cause the forced insertion of the end portion of the stop edge 11 into the seat 21 and the simultaneous elastic distortion of the projections 17, 19, with its respective flexion (shown for example by the arrows F in figures 2 and 3) towards the interior of the seat 21 (favored by the possible presence of one or more weight reduction recesses 27 , arranged along the circular edge 9, in opposition to the seat 21, through which the recesses of the base of the seat 21 can occupy, for example, according to the movement indicated by the arrow C in figure 3, due to the compression exerted by the pressureP, at least part of the space B determined by the weight reduction recesses 27), with the sealing profile 15 performing, therefore, a sealing action at the top (sealing area T in figure 3), possibly through the adhesion of the third main circular projection 23, and in particular the deformed flexible lip 25, against a top surface of the end portion of the abutment edge 11, and a sealing action also on the sides (sealing area L in figure 3), by means of the adhesion of the surfaces of the projections 17, 19, internal to the seat 21 and distorted elastically towards the interior of the seat 21, against the lateral surfaces of the end portion of the abutment edge 11. [016] Alternatively, if the width of the end portion of the stop edge 11 is substantially greater than the width of the seat 21, the pressure of the circular edge 9 against the stop edge 11, always generated by closing the infusion chamber 12, will cause the projections 17, 19 to compress and elastic flex towards the interior of the seat 21, with the sealing profile 15 therefore performing at least one top sealing action, through the adhesion of at least the surfaces of the projections 17, 19 on the outside of seat 21, elastically distorted towards the interior of seat 21, against the top surfaces of the end portion of the abutment edge 11. [017] Obviously at least projections 17, 19, 23 can be made of any flexible material, such as, for example, plastic, thermoplastic material, etc., suitable for this purpose.

Claims (7) [0001] 1. Capsule (1) for the preparation of infusion drinks, consisting of a containment tank (3), with at least one space (5) adapted to contain at least one substance to be infused, with the said tank (3 ) being equipped with an opening (7), externally equipped, in its perimeter, with a circular edge (9) adapted to lean against a corresponding stop edge (11) of a side wall of an infusion chamber (12) of a preparation machine, into which said capsule (1) is inserted, characterized in that a face of the surface of said circular edge (9) is equipped with a sealing profile (15), composed of a first circular projection ( 17) and a second circular projection (19), in which said first and second projections (17, 19) being concentric with respect to an axis of main symmetry (SS) of the aforementioned capsule (1), each of said first and second second projections (17, 19) being flexible, with the referred first and second unda projections (17, 19) defining among themselves a seat (21) in the shape of a circular crown, adapted to accommodate an end portion of said abutment edge (11) of said side wall of said infusion chamber (12) and for centralize the capsule (1) after inserting it in the infusion chamber (12), and because said seat (21) is internally equipped with a third main circular projection (23) interposed between said first and second projections (17, 19), with said third main circular projection (23) being concentric in relation to said main axis of symmetry (SS), and said main circular projection (23) still being equipped with a flexible end (25) adapted to come into contact with contact with, and be crushed against, said end portion of said abutment edge (11), so as to effect a complete sealing of the infusion drink, preventing the latter from entering the infusion chamber (12) through said edge Circular (9). [0006] Process for operating a capsule (1), as defined in any one of the preceding claims, characterized by a pressure of said circular edge (9) against an end portion of said abutment edge (11), having a substantially equal width the width of said seat (21), causes the forced insertion of said end portion of said abutment edge (11) into said seat (21) and an elastic distortion of said projections (17, 19), with their respective bending towards the interior of said seat (21), performing a sealing action both at the top (T), through the adhesion of said third main circular projection (23) against a top surface of said end portion of said edge of backrest (11), as on the sides (L), through the adhesion of the surfaces of said first and second projections (17, 19) inside said seat (21) against the lateral surfaces of said end portion of the meal rigid abutment edge (11).
